Login/Password

After completing your first order with Toynk.com, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided. You will receive a separate email with your login information and an automatically generated password. Your login will be your email address.


Change password

Once logged in, go to Account Management and click Change password. You will then be prompted to enter your current password and to create/confirm your new password.


Forgotten password

If you forgot your password, click Login on the Toynk.com homepage and then click Reminder Page above the login section. Enter your email address exactly how it was entered on your order. Within a few minutes, you will receive an email with your password.


Managing my personal information

You can review and manage all of your Toynk.com information. All you need to do is login and you can access and edit your shipping and billing addresses, email address, phone number, and email settings.


Managing Orders

View your order history, order status, track shipping, and reorder or cancel an order by logging on to your account.


Order History

To view order history, simply log into your account. The order history will display the order ID, date of purchase, and status of the order. To get detailed information on a specific order (i.e. item description, where it was shipped, how it was paid, etc.), click on the order ID number highlighted in blue.


Order Status

To view order status, log into your account and you will see each order that you have placed along with the status listed next to it. For each order you will notice that there are 2 status codes separated by a dash. The first is the payment status and the second is the order status. For example, pending-cancelled means the payment was never completed and that the order was cancelled. For an explanation of the status codes, click here (status codes)

Here are the descriptions of the status codes:

  • Recent: the order was just placed and can still be cancelled. If the order was placed on the weekend, your order will be reviewed on the following business day.


  • Pending: the order is being reviewed for any discrepancies. We may need to contact the customer in case of any issues/ questions, such as validating an address or payment information.


  • Approved: the order has been approved and is ready for shipping.


  • Completed: the order has been sent to our shipping department. Customers will receive a tracking number via email when the package has shipped.


  • Cancelled - the order has been cancelled by either the customer OR by Toynk.com due to non-payment.


To check status by email, please contact us at help@toynk.com. Be sure to include your full order number (e.g. 2007-09-1234), first and last name, and email address used to place the order. Please allow 1 business day for a reply.


Reorder

If an order is cancelled, but you still want the item, this option saves you the fuss of going through the website to find it again. Simply login, search for the item under your order history, and click on Reorder.


Cancel an order

For Toynk.com website or Amazon orders: As long as the order has not moved too far in the processing system, then it can be cancelled. In the section Order History, locate the order number that needs to be cancelled. Click on the order number, scroll to the bottom, and click Cancel. You will then be asked to confirm the cancellation. If you do not see a Cancel option, then your order has been approved. Provided that your order has not shipped, we will be able to cancel the order for you. Please contact us at (847) 350-0108 or email us at help@toynk.com.

For Ebay orders: We will generally allow a customer to cancel an order. There is a cancellation fee of the greater of $5.00, or 15% of the final auction value.


Preorder

This is an option for a special item that is not in stock, but is coming soon! Just place the order through our website. If you used a credit card to place a preorder your card will be charged immediately.If you used your PayPal account, or choose any other payment method: You will not be asked for payment until the item becomes available. You will be notified by email when the item is in stock and will be asked to complete payment before it is shipped. Note: It is wise to preorder on an item that is in high demand. Once the items come into stock, the price may go up (but not for you, because you preordered!) To check on the status of your preorder, please contact help@toynk.com. IMPORTANT - If you place an order with a preorder and an in stock item, the order will not be shipped until the preorder arrives, but in the mean time the in stock is in danger of selling out. We recommend that you place 2 separate orders; one order containing only preorders and one order containing in stock items.


Backorder

A particular item might have been so popular, that we (or the manufacturer) have sold out. If this happens with your order, no worries your credit card will not be charged until we have the item in stock and ready to ship. We will send a confirmation email with a tracking number. You may also choose to cancel the order if you no longer want the item. Occasionally an item will show in stock on the website and end up being sold out. Unfortunately, we cannot eliminate these rare occurrences, but if an item on your order is backordered, or sold out, we will contact you as soon as possible.


Payment Options

Toynk.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, personal checks , money orders, bank wire, and Western Union. You can either pay through the checkout on our website, or you can call Toynk at (847) 350-0108. All checks should be made out to Toynk Toys. Our mailing address is 2371 United Lane, Elk Grove Village, IL., 60007. In the case of a bank wire, please contact us at the number above or email help@toynk.com.


Shipping


Domestic
  • UPS Includes tracking and insurance for any order within the continental US. Not available to APO, FPO or PO Box delivery addresses


  • UPS Ground: Once the order leaves our warehouse, transit times will vary from 1-5 business days. Exact transit times which can be viewed at (link to UPS transit map) are shown in business days (Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not business days).


  • UPS 3 Day Select: Transit time is guaranteed by the end of the third business day. Note that transit time is 3 business days (Mon-Fri) after the order has been approved and has left our warehouse.


  • UPS 2 day air: Transit time is guaranteed by the end of the second business day (Mon-Fri) after the order has left our warehouse.


  • UPS Next Day Air Saver: Transit time is guaranteed to arrive by the end of the next business day after the order leaves our warehouse. Contact Toynk if you need Saturday service (rates vary; this service is not available in all areas).


USPS

  • USPS Priority Mail: Transit time is 2-3 days after leaving our warehouse. This service does not offer real time tracking information. Orders with APO/FPO and P.O. Box addresses can only be shipped through USPS. Insurance can be added for a small fee.


  • USPS Express Mail: Transit time is one day for most, but not all areas. Tracking information is available with this service. Insurance can be added for a small fee.

Returns/Exchange (Costumes only - see toy returns below)

  • Due to the nature of costume purchases, we have a no return policy. All costume sales are final.


  • If you receive a costume that does not fit and you want to exchange it for a different size, please email us at help@toynk.com for assistance. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of sending the costume back to us and for the shipping costs of sending a new costume. Please neatly package the costume as originally received before sending it back to us.



Returns/Exchange (Toys only)

  • UNOPENED ITEMS: You must notify us by email (help@toynk.com) or telephone (847-350-0108) within 5 days of receiving it. The 5 day period begins according to the UPS and USPS website tracking pages delivered date. The product must be sent back to us and postmarked within 10 days of your receipt of the product to be accepted. You will be refunded your money back less the shipping costs you paid in the original order. Shipping costs to send the product back are your responsibility.


  • WRONG ITEM: We must be notified within 5 days if you receive an incorrect product. Contact our help department (help@toynk.com) and we will send you a return shipping label. At this time, let us know what you would like to do (i.e. ship the correct item, issue a refund, etc.)


  • DAMAGED ITEMS: Damaged items do not include "Not Mint" packaging. Depending on the value of the item, we may not send a replacement until the original item is sent back to us. If you receive a damaged package (shipping carton) due to the shipping carrier, we will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement (or issue a refund if we are sold out of the item) once claim is resolved by UPS. Please keep the original shipping box as UPS may want to pick it up.


  • If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, please return the item in its original box (and original condition) and we will issue you a refund minus the cost of shipping. If you would like to exchange the item for another product, return the item (shipping cost back to us is your responsibility) and a credit will be issued to new item being purchased. We pay the shipping costs for the exchanged item. A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your exchange is approved and ready to be shipped.
